Born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Annabelle Buck is a self-taught painter living in Philadelphia. Her work depicts an interplay between humanity and nature, as well as elements of the surreal and the everyday. She is particularly interested in the visceral quality of the relationship between light and shadow. She works primarily in acrylic.
